This new version (4.0) of WinLaunch is not compatable with previous versions 
of Win Launch.  The file wcontdll.dll is no longer used.  It has been replaced 
with the file deskcont.dll.  The wclaunch.ini file has been renamed to deskcont.dat.  
It can be renamed by the user to save its' entries.  The except.ini file should be 
deleted.  The new exception file is called deskcont.ini.  The wlaunch.ini file is not 
used it its' current configuation.  If you wish to modify the previous ini file use 
caution.  The first lines of data, that are numeric, should be deleted.  The file 
then should be renamed wlaunch.dat.  A much safer method is to just start over.
Any previous version of Win Launch that uses wcontdll.dll must not be run with this 
new version of Win Launch.  The previous utility called Win Info is no longer 
availible and should not be used.  Its' function have been added to Win Launch.  
Win Info must not be used with this new version of Win Launch.

Welcome to Win Launch.  This program require Win 3.1 or later.  Copy all exe, dll, 
hlp and ini files to your Windows directory.  You may wish to put Win Launch in 
your startup group.  Run the program and read its help file for informatation on 
how to work with it.  All of the ini and dat files except <deskcont.ini> will be 
created the first time you run the program.  For information on the Deskcont.dll 
API and a license to use it contact the author with the information below.
